Yeah it is! Disney has a Halloween celebration as well where they shut down the park in the evening and kids dress up. It's pretty cute. There's also Hall'O'Scream in Tampa, Oktoberfest in Celebrations, which you should just go to experience how surreal it is ( it's creepy but awesome ). Go to Orlando Sentinel's website, search Halloween and you'll get a huge list of a ton of stuff to do here. We also have a great local music scene, especially in the downtown/ Winter Park area.
